In the event of an accident or of strong deceleration, the rear seating could move out of its defined position, leading to an increased risk of injury to the occupants.   A gasket is lacking between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust gas turbocharger. This can lead to hot, unpurified exhaust gas seeping out between the turbocharger and the manifold. This can damage the cylinder head cover and cause an oil leak. If the oil come into contact with hot engine parts, the vehicle can catch fire.
