  The DV5R engine may experience a loss of power due to slippage of the water pump pulley. This slippage can cause misalignment of the timing belt, potentially resulting in engine shutdown. The sprocket of the water pump pulley may detach from the shaft, which can lead to the loss of parts on the road and increase the risk of accidents and injuries.   Certain vehicles equipped with the DW10F Euro 6.4 engine may have a defect in the system that monitors urea consumption. Because of this issue, the diagnostic test intended to detect problems such as low urea use or a blocked injector may not run often enough. This increases the risk that the emissions system will not be properly checked, which could lead the vehicle to fall short of the required emissions standards.   Vian kuvaus (englanniksi)

  A hydrogen leak can occur between the tank’s outer cover and the protective lining. If the vehicle’s hydrogen sensors detect the leak while driving, the fuel-cell system will shut off. The vehicle will then only run in electric (battery) mode, with a very limited range of about 30 km and no ability to recharge hydrogen on board.If the vehicle is parked, the hydrogen sensors do not operate. In this case, hydrogen could build up under the vehicle which increases the risk of hydrogen catching fire.   The rear brake discs do not have sufficient contact with the wheel hub, resulting in an abnormal concentration of stress on them. This might cause cracks and a reduced transmission of torque, resulting in the loosening of the wheel bolts, leading to an increased risk of a wheel becoming detached from the vehicle. Moreover, a crack that forms a groove in the surface of a brake disc might impair the braking function, increasing the risk of injuries.
